Who are we?

This is home, and we are family —

We welcome people home to a family that we were all made to belong to. We do this together, with all the generations reflected.

We were made for worship —

We will give God the glory and praise that He is worthy of in every season, with all that we’ve got.

We love the Word —

It is food to our souls and life to our bones, it is the compass to guide us and the plumb line to measure against. We live our lives by its truths and standards. We are committed to becoming more like the Word made flesh. Imitatio Cristi.

We are creatives —

We will creatively give worship and expound the Word in a way that connects with people and delights God’s heart.

We are salt and light —

Jesus and His Church are the answer to the world’s questions; we will not be silent or hidden, but bring the Kingdom to bear in word and deed, helping the hurting and reaching the lost.

We love —

God and others, in that order, radically and relentlessly, because He first loved us. We were made for community, to do life together in all seasons.

We look outwards and forwards —

This is not just for us, and we refuse to get stuck. We will take risks, dream again and look to the new thing that God is doing, prioritising the next generation over our own preference.

We bring our best —

It’s not about perfection, but we will honour God and connect with others through serving with excellence.

We are generous —

In time and tithe, in grace and good deeds, because we believe it is more blessed to give than to receive.

We love life —

Fun isn’t an afterthought — it is part of who we are. We laugh, love and live life well.
